geneve's dad drove me all the way home when they live in simei! they treat me pizza too.. [:
thank them a lot.
so, the regatta was horrible. first day:
1st race at the back,not much. 2nd race, when i was doing my second upwind, they all finished so i thought: should i go back? continue? aiya, go ask fabian. he say got 1 more race. so decided to persevere & continued!
for tt race, they put me RTD when i didnt even lah. i merely DNF what.
then they started when i didnt even reach starting line for all races tt day. so for the 3rd race, they put me DNS cause i was really far and didnt get back in time.
2nd day:
1st race okay, but still at the back, hai..2nd race, i was really lacking at the back with ryan and when i saw hazel & wk so far in front of me, i was so anxious can. then i quickly hike out and all those, cause before tt i was pointing all the way.
then, for one tack, i capped. uprighted, then stalled. RIGHT BEFORE THE UPWIND MARK.
the pro ppl doing the 2nd upwind and was charging at me la. i was so scared lor. then one person said: "can u tack? are u deaf? can u pls tack?" when i am in the r.o.w.. so i didnt block them, cause i dont want to get into trouble.
another person came while i was stalling: "yeah! yeah! stay there! dont move! can ready!" and he went past me. i just let him go cause he was the 3rd sailor! whoa..so pro..haha.
the meanie rounded after the nicer person, so, serve the meanie right. the moral of the story is, dont scold ppl, or u urself will bare the consequences. HAHA.
so finally i got nearer to them and relaxed a lil. (:
but my ranking is so lousy. i think i dont have sailing sense.
